Text Message Terms

These terms cover the leasing text messages you can sign up for at yalelandingabq.com/text. Signing up is the only way to receive them.

• Who is texting you. 2500 Yale, LLC, the owner of Yale Landing, from a local Albuquerque number. Messages are written and sent by Ted Bustos, the leasing broker.
• What you will get. Texts about the suites for lease at 2500 Yale Blvd SE — availability, pricing, brochure links and tour scheduling. Some messages may be sent using automated technology.
• How often. Frequency varies; typically no more than four messages a month.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your carrier.
• Not a condition of anything. Consenting to texts is not a condition of leasing, touring or any purchase.
• Stopping. Reply STOP to any message and you will be removed. Reply HELP for help, or email contact@yalelandingmarketing.com.
• Your number stays with us. Your mobile number and your opt-in are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing. How the sign-up form handles your information is described in section 3 of the Privacy Policy.
