FMV — short for Five Mountains View — is a small, veteran-owned Albuquerque taproom built around the idea that the same room should work at 1pm and at 8pm. Seven New Mexico beers on tap from Santa Fe Brewing, La Cumbre, Marble and Canteen, cocktails built on New Mexico spirits, local wine and cider, and coffee roasted in house for the people who aren't drinking.
It's a genuinely local list — the kind of tap wall that tells you where you are. If you've flown in wanting to try New Mexican beer without driving all over the city, this is the efficient version.
It's the last stop before the Sunport that isn't an airport bar, and the first one after you land. If your flight's delayed, this is a considerably better waiting room than gate B7.

Finding It
FMV is upstairs in Suite G, on the south side of the building northwest of the traffic light. The patio looks out toward Downtown and the Sandias. Park in the lot out front and walk around; you'll see the signage at the Yale Blvd corner.
Food at the taproom: FMV doesn't run a kitchen — they've partnered with Perico's Burritos · Tacos next door instead, so you can order New Mexican food to your table while you drink. Menu and delivery available.
