Privacy Policy

The short version: this is a plain informational website. It has no forms, no accounts, no shopping cart, no advertising and no analytics. We do not build a profile of you, and we have nothing to sell about you.

1. What we do not collect

We want to be specific, because most privacy policies are vague about this. On this website there is:

• No contact form, search box or any other input field. There is nowhere for you to type anything, so nothing is submitted to us.
• No accounts and no logins.
• No cookies set by this site. We do not use cookies, local storage, session storage or similar technologies for any purpose, including analytics or advertising.
• No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, and no equivalent product measuring your visit.
• No advertising or tracking pixels, and no social media tracking scripts.
• No sale or sharing of personal information — we hold none to sell or share.

2. What is collected automatically

Web hosting

This site is served by a third-party static hosting provider. Like effectively every web server, that provider records standard technical request logs, which can include your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and your browser’s user-agent string. These logs are generated and controlled by the hosting provider for security and operational purposes. We do not use them to identify visitors.

Fonts

The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). To deliver the font files, your browser makes a request to Google, and that request necessarily discloses your IP address and user-agent to Google. Google states that Google Fonts does not set cookies and does not use these requests for advertising profiling, but the connection does happen and we would rather tell you than not. Google’s handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.

This is the only third-party resource the site loads. Everything else — images, stylesheet, script, the leasing brochure — is served from this site itself.

3. Links away from this site

Some links take you elsewhere: mapping and directions services, tenant websites, food-ordering platforms and social media. Once you follow one, you are on that company’s website, subject to their privacy policy, not this one. We have no control over and no visibility into what they collect.

4. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Since the site collects no personal information from anyone, this should not arise; if you believe otherwise, please contact us.

5. Your rights

Laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation give people rights to access, correct, delete or port their personal information, and to object to certain processing.

Because we do not collect or store personal information about visitors, we usually hold nothing to give you, correct or delete. If you believe we hold information about you, write to us at the address below and we will respond. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no agreed standard for responding to it. We do not track visitors across websites in any event, so the signal makes no difference to how this site behaves.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but as we hold no personal information about visitors there is no store of visitor data here to breach.

8. Changes

If this site ever adds a contact form, analytics, or anything else that collects information, this page will be updated before or at the same time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
